The Lukewarm Church

The church in Laodicea thought they had it all—wealth, reputation, and self-sufficiency—but Jesus saw them as spiritually bankrupt, blind, and naked. Their lukewarm faith, neither refreshing like cold water nor healing like hot water, made Him ready to vomit them out. Christ’s call is urgent: turn from self-reliance, come to Him for true riches, pure garments, and opened eyes. He stands at the door—not to be added to your life—but to take the throne of it.
